Capabilities

The Dewtex® process was developed with flexibility in mind and is able to manufacture scrims of varying compositions.

Briefly, the Dewtex® process can deliver laid scrims as follows:

• In widths from 2” (50mm) up to 170” (4320mm)
• Using yarns from 68 denier polyester to 2484 denier glass
• With a construction ranging from 1 thread per 2” to 12 threads per 1”
• With roll lengths up to a maximum of 120,000 linear yards (dependant on the construction of the scrim)

Should a customer have a specific requirement, one that cannot be met by our existing facilities, then we are often prepared make the necessary investments in both plant equipment and development.
